As we viewed it and saw the operations as well as the doctors in the beginning of the movie, we linked happenings towards the things we all learned within our Behavioral Biology course.
Initially of the film, when Vincent born, his doctor take blood samples of him and instantly told his parents the length of time he will live, what will become his strong points, what will become his weak spot, how long is going to he live, which job he will always be etc . He was a hope children (a child which has no well established genes). When the doctors had been looking at that blood drop, they did not count environmental factors. They will made those comments with no environment he can be increased. One of the issues we talked about in class was your relationship among genes and environment. Genes are not effectively only independently. Environment has an important impact on what we will become and show like. Most of the people in Gattaca weren't faith children. Their family genes were chosen and they acquired every good and efficient genes their parents desired and doctors gave.
